I recently attended a condensed Sacred Circle Dance workshop. It was amazing. There was a very loving, harmonious connection & energy. It was so lovely; I sought out the teacher to share it with you all! Here is her description:
Join together in dancing the simple, uplifting, magical dances of the circle. Founded by the members of Findhorn Community in Scotland, Sacred Circle Dance draws on the spiritual and community-building traditional dances of many cultures, while also combining these steps into new and creative dances.Dances range from slow and meditative to playful and lively. Circle Dance is a means for joy, relaxation, grounding, opening and healing. No partner or dance experience is needed. Each dance is taught just before it is done. Beginners are always welcome.
