This meditation with essential oils pairs perfectly with a sound bath. We will help you to release those beliefs that keep you stuck. Face those drilled in beliefs and release them toenable yourself to move on in peace!
Wear comfortable clothing, and bring what you need to be comfortable on the floor. We have some yoga mats, blankets, pillows, etc. You are welcome to bring fluffier blankets or your zero gravity chair for added comfort.
